Yesterday was Mom's and Dad's 9 year anniversary. Jack went to Grandpa Robert's Saturday night so they could have a peaceful dinner. Good thing they celebrated early because Mom and Jack started feeling sick Sunday night. They stayed home from school Monday (yesterday). Jack's fever is gone but he still has a bit of a sore throat. The night he started feeling sick he slept in Mom's and Dad's bed. He would not stop talking, fever or no. He was extra sweet though and kept telling Mom that he liked her and put his arm around her.
Today shortly after being picked up from school, Jack had a rash. He was itching his back then it seemed all of the sudden he had little red bumps all over his back, some on his arms, hands, legs, and stomach. About 4 hours later, semi-frantic internet searches and some lotion, it seems to be going away. It appears to be a heat rash.
